Complete the diagnostic and, if you don't identify any actionable performance opportunity, contact us within 30 days to request a refund.
How to request
Email diksha@marketingmosiacsolutions.com within 30 days of your purchase with your payment reference and a short description of the outcome.
Duplicate or failed delivery
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if a technical issue on our side prevented delivery and we could not resolve it, we will refund the amount in full.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
There is no subscription or recurring charge. The diagnostic is a one-time ₹99 purchase, so there is nothing to cancel after payment.
